VISA ISSUANCE PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

1. Due to the alteration of visa issuance process and procedure, Indonesian Embassy informs all visa applicants as follows:

2. The consular/visa hours: Monday – Friday (09.00 – 12.00 CET)

3. Commencing from 1 March 2004, the process of visa application that has met the requirements will be finished within 5 (five) working days.

4. Please read the application form carefully and fill it up completely by using block letters. Application form available at the Embassy and its Website: www.indonesia.hu

5. Improper/poor contents of form and incomplete enclosed-requirements will cause pending of the  process.

VISA SERVICES

G. Multiple Entry VISA

Purposes:

1. Business talks for purchase-selling transaction

2. To visit the business sites and talks on import-export activities

3. Business talks re capital or production

4. Business contact re investment in Indonesia

5. To attend the meeting regularly held by the headquarter or the branch office

Requirements:

1. Fill up application form and signed

2. 2 (two) passport sized photographs.

3. Passport travel document still valid for minimum of 18 (eighteen) months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.

4. Copy of return ticket or through ticket or a letter from a travel agency stating the itinerary

5. Guarantee of having enough budgets during stay in Indonesia.

6. A sponsor or an invitation letter from his/her counterpart in Indonesia and/or a recommendation from the company he/she is working for and/or a reference from his/her relatives, friends or social organisation sponsoring the visit and stating the purpose of the visit.

7. Not being prohibited from entering the Indonesia territory.

8. For citizens of the certain countries need prior written approval from the Directorate General of Immigration Jakarta
