VISA ISSUANCE PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

 

  1. Due to the alteration of visa issuance process and procedure, Indonesian Embassy informs all visa applicants as follows:

  2. The consular/visa hours: Monday – Friday (09.00 – 12.00 CET)

  3. Commencing from 1 March 2004, the process of visa application that has met the requirements will be finished within 5 (five) working days.

  4. Please read the application form carefully and fill it up completely by using block letters. Application form available at the Embassy and its Website: www.indonesia.hu

  5. Improper/poor contents of form and incomplete enclosed-requirements will cause pending of the  process.

VISA SERVICES

 

B. Transit VISA

 

Foreigners are not required to obtain transit visa as long as he/she does not intend to leave the immigration checkpoint area. A transit visa is required for foreigner who will make transit and wants to leave beyond the immigration check point area for not more than 14 (fourteen) days.

 

Purposes:

  1. Transit purpose to the other country or to go back to the origin country

  2. Transit for joining with the transportation devices and to continue to travel from Indonesia

  3. Transit because of emergency situation of the transportation devices, the weather or other reason which postponed the journey

Requirements:

  1. Fill up application form and signed

  2. 2 (two) passport sized photographs. Photographs of children travelling on their parent's passport must also be attached to the application form.

  3. Passport/travel document still valid for minimum of 6 (six) months from the date of arrival in Indonesia.

  4. Copy of return ticket or through ticket or a letter from a travel agency stating the itinerary

  5. Not being prohibited from entering the Indonesia territory.
