VISA ISSUANCE PROCESS AND PROCEDURES

1. Due to the alteration of visa issuance process and procedure, Indonesian Embassy informs all visa applicants as follows:

2. The consular/visa hours: Monday – Friday (09.00 – 12.00 CET)

3. Commencing from 1 March 2004, the process of visa application that has met the requirements will be finished within 5 (five) working days.

4. Please read the application form carefully and fill it up completely by using block letters. Application form available at the Embassy and its Website: www.indonesia.hu

5. Improper/poor contents of form and incomplete enclosed-requirements will cause pending of the  process.

VISA SERVICES

A. Diplomatic and Service VISA

Purposes:

Diplomatic and service visas are given to foreign citizens bearing diplomatic or service passports, for the conduct of diplomatic or non-diplomatic assignments in Indonesia. Requests for diplomatic and service visas must be submitted via an Indonesian diplomatic mission abroad.

Requirements:

1. Filling up the appropriate registration forms and signed

2. Complete proof of identity of the passport bearer.

3. 2 (two) passport sized photographs. Photographs of children travelling on their parent's passport must also be attached to the application form.

4. The original diplomatic or service passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of submission.

5. A diplomatic note confirming the person’s diplomatic or non-diplomatic assignment from Foreign Ministry.
